"The Master Swing Trader" by Alan Farley. This will go over it all. This book is HUGE. The other book I recommend and own is "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" by John Murphy.
The only other book I can think of is the Edward and Magee book. I do not own it so don't know how great it is. But it is recommended everywhere a lot so I assume it is worth its weight.

If you do a blog search you will see I have been placing "disasters of the day" for a while now. I have ALWAYS highlighted BIG blowups. The little losses and the sells on the way up. Who cares about that? Pay me if you want that info. :)
